For any products returned within a year, Decathlon will reimburse 60% of the price paid by the customer. For any products that are older than a year, the reimbursement is 55% and for more than 2 years is 50% in the form of a gift card.
Please note, that for damaged or non-functional parts, costs will be borne by the customer.
