I am unable to login/sign in to my Decathlon app/website, what do I do?

The login issues you're experiencing can be attributed to the following reasons:

- Your email address does not match the one you provided during your purchase at the store.
- You are not using the same contact details (phone number and email address) that were previously registered at the store.
- There might be a spelling error in the email ID you entered.

You can also try to troubleshoot by following the steps mentioned below.

For Existing Users: To try and login using email ID for registered users. 

For New Users

  • Please clear cache and cookies
  • Connect with a stable network
  • Uninstall and re-install the application / try to login through the website
  • Try to login from a different device
