Regrettably, once your order departs from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible. However, if your pincode falls within our reverse logistics service area, you can receive the order and contact us. We will facilitate a reverse pick-up. In cases where reverse logistics service is unavailable, you must courier the order back to us. You can claim reverse courier charges by providing a copy of the courier bill to us.
Upon receiving the courier bill and confirming that the order is in transit from the destination, a refund will be initiated.
