All brands under Decathlon i.e. BTWIN, Quechua, Nabaiji etc has a 30-days return policy*, in case the product doesn’t satisfy you in terms of size, quality etc. you may return the product to us subject to satisfying the below points.

Brands that are not under Decathlon i.e. Yonex, Head, Molten etc. Alternatively, check your online purchase history and it will be indicated as "Sold and shipped by (seller's name)"

Raise a return request
Go to Account >> Order & returns >> Select the product >> Return Product >> Select reason and confirm
Keep the product ready
Ensure that the product is unused, and in original and resalable condition.
Product will be picked up
Once the seller accepts your return, pick up agent will be sent to verify the quality of the product and pick it up
